PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Provisional Membership is intended for international competitors who reside outside the United States and wish to participate in USMRA trials.
This membership allows eligible international handlers to create a profile, enter trials, and upload competitor and dog information without obtaining full USMRA membership.
Applicants:
- Must reside outside the United States
- Must not hold USMRA full membership
- Must already have a valid scorebook issued through your home country’s governing organization
Fee & Term
- $25 administrative fee
- Valid for the currently renewing calendar year
- Renewable annually as needed
Provisional Membership Includes:
- Ability to create a USMRA competitor account
- Ability to enter USMRA trials
- Ability to upload and report existing scorebook information
- USMRA insurance coverage while participating in trials
Provisional Members:
- Do not receive a USMRA scorebook
- May only report an existing scorebook issued by their home country
- Do not have access to member-only areas (e.g., board minutes)
- Do not receive full membership rights or voting privileges
- May not podium at USMRA National Championship
- May not represent USMRA or the United States at the FMBB or Mondioring World Championship
International competitors must already have a valid scorebook issued through their home country’s governing organization. Before entering a trial, you will report your existing scorebook information.
All Provisional Membership applications are subject to review. USMRA reserves the right to request documentation confirming international residency and valid scorebook status.
