The Board shall elect the Nominating Committee by plurality from nominations by the Board of Directors. No member of the Board of Directors may serve on the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee shall consist of three (3) members.

The Committee shall provide a slate of candidates for Officers and Directors-at-Large to the Secretary in accordance with Article VI, Section 5 of these bylaws.
