Complaint

A formal allegation directed at a specific individual or club whose conduct or behavior warrants Board of Inquiry review.

Use when
  • The issue involves a person’s actions or behavior
  • A conduct or sportsmanship violation occurred
  • Formal review or action against an individual is requested
Process
Handled through the BOI process as outlined in USMRA bylaws.
Concern

Feedback directed at a process, procedure, rule, or organizational structure — not at a specific individual or club.

Use when
  • You have a suggestion for improvement
  • A process gap or inconsistency needs flagging
  • A rule or procedure needs clarification
Process
Reviewed by the Board or relevant committee. Not a formal BOI action.
